Publication Ethics

The Journal of Marketing and Management Review (JMMR) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, editorial integrity and responsible scholarly publishing. Responsibilities of Authors

Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Provide objective, constructive and timely reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.
  • Identify relevant published work not cited by the authors.
  • Report suspected plagiarism, duplicate publication or unethical research.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment.

Research Misconduct

Plagiarism

Copying another person's work, ideas or data without proper acknowledgment is strictly prohibited.

Data Fabrication

Inventing or manipulating research data, results or experimental findings is considered serious academic misconduct.

Duplicate Publication

Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals or republishing previously published work is not permitted.

Citation Manipulation

Artificially increasing citations or including irrelevant references violates ethical publishing standards.

Editorial Actions

If publication malpractice or ethical misconduct is identified, the journal may reject the manuscript, request corrections, publish corrections or retractions, notify affiliated institutions or funding agencies, and impose submission restrictions where appropriate.
